Aiko - November Cat of the Month
Aiko is a sweet, shy lady with poise. She is a small girl with a dilute calico coat and gentle demeanor. She would love to be adopted into a quiet household where her she can pursue her dream job as Head Lap Warmer. Aiko would love to be an only pet, but would be fine in a household with an easy going cat or dog.
Aiko spent the first 13 years of her life in the constant
companionship of her dear brother Harry, who adored her and considered
her his kitten-soul-mate. Sadly, Harry passed away a year ago and
Aiko's owners, with a work-related travel schedule, asked Precious Pets
Almost Home to take her back into our care.
point, Aiko has been in a foster home for several months and we feel
that she would thrive with or without another pet in her next home. Aiko's hobbies include gazing out of the window and basking in the sun. She is currently in a loving foster home, and can be scheduled for a meet and greet with an approved applicant
All of our cats and dogs are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped with an Avid I.D., de-wormed, de-flead, up to date on shots and treated for ear mites. They also receive any additional necessary medical care. Cats are tested for FIV/Leukemia. Dogs are Heartworm tested.
Our modest adoption fee for cats is $100.00 except for specialty breeds which are $150.00. Please understand that the higher adoption fee for certain purebred animals allows us to rescue more animals and it is still much, much less than what you would pay a breeder or pet store!
Adopter is contractually bound to return their adopted animal to PPAH if for any reason the adoption does not work out. We do not return adoption donations after 14 days. If animals are adopted together, they must be returned together.
PPAH reserves the right to approve or decline any adoption applications that do not meet the organization's adoption criteria, as determined in its sole discretion.
Thank you from Princess....
Princess sends gratitude and love to all who donated to help
with her dental surgery. She ended up having 22 teeth total pulled in
two procedures. She bounced back from both surgeries instantly. By the
time she got home from the vet she was asking for attention and dinner.
This girl is happier and healthier than she has been in a
while. Princess is a very low-key gal and would make a great addition to
any home. To make her the best addition you've ever made to your
family, download an adoption application from our website.
